| Intro | Mac, Windows, Linux or any OS using almost any browser, even Web Tv can use these chat rooms. Nothing to download and install. No membership in any group required to chat in any public chat. |
| Start | You can test the waters by coming in as a guest. Use this link to test chat and easily return here. If it fails in your browser, click here and use right click open in new window. Only save This Page to favorites if you want to return again. Do not save or pass the URL of the logon page or chat page itself. (See linking instructions below) Select either Common chat or family safe chat. Enter a nicname for yourself to use and leave the password blank. If you wish to create a room, You will have to register and log on with your password. Note: You must log on with your user name, even if you change how it appears in chat. |
| Linking | There are special links for you to use in your group pages and posts that allow the chat to open in a new window. Your visitors need not leave your group to chat. The links are as follows:

Only The links go to a page that gives them the option to open chat in a new window and then returns to the page where the link is posted in about 25 seconds. |
| Rooms | Presently there is one permanent room for each section, The lobby. Registered users can create temporary rooms that are public, moderated or private. Have your visitors go to the lobby and invite them to your unlisted, private room. I will create more permanent rooms on an as needed basis. Having too many permanent rooms is like having too many boards in a group. |
| Hosts | The Lobby will eventually be hosted by our regular hosts. You will be the host of any room you create with the ability to gag or boot anyone in it. You make it, you host it , lol. Click on the chatters nic to see your command options or hit the help link at the bottom of the chat window. |
| Chatters | You have the option to ignore annoying chatters. As to crappy hosts, unless it is a matter of law or general rule breaking, we don't need to hear about it. Just go to the lobby or another room if you don't like what is in someone's room. |
| Rules | As always common sense and courtesy. Keep in mind that the maximum rating here is mature so our groups can link to the site. Those who choose to create rooms with vile names or adopt vile nicknames will find themselves banned. |
| Cost | FREE I may set up a kitty or try to sell some ad space to help offset the costs of operation. |
| Privacy | We despise spammers and do not spam. We do not monitor conversations or enter private rooms unless we have a complaint. We do not give or sell your e-mail addy to anyone. We advise that you select to only expose it to administrators on your profile and only disclose very general information about yourself for your own protection. We will not be held responsible for any damages you incur as the result of any information you disclose on the site to others. |
